Cardamom Oleoresin:

Elletaria cardamomum

Obtained from the solvent extraction of dried cardamom pods.  It gives a dark browm oleoresin.  It is used for Coffee, pastries, meat products, rice dishes, marinades and liqueurs, confectionery.
